All standard shipments within the continental US and Canada are Free. Customer requested Expedited/Express shipment request costs will be added to total cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Feel Free to email returns@caravanmaya.com. Kindly include all relevant information order# ,purchase price etc and reason for return. Your payment will be returned to you as long as the below terms as defined by our legal team are satisfied.

Terms & Conditions

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on caravanmaya.com for return or exchange. Caravan Maya merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.

Return Policy If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all labels and markings as received.

If returning beauty & wellness, swim & intimates, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines please see our policies below.

Beauty and Wellness We’re unable to process returns for opened and used Beauty and Wellness products. All Beauty and Wellness products purchased on caravanmaya.com must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging to our Returns warehouse.

Swim and Intimates We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.

Perishable Products We’re unable to process returns for several types of perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
